Partnering on AI-ready workforce development

If you run a workforce program, lead a team, manage a library or school program, or serve working families in Columbus and across Ohio, the people you serve are already being asked to use AI at work. Most of them have never had a patient, plain-language place to learn it.

Coach Kay Elevates partners with organizations to close that gap. Coach Kay is a 5x Certified Life Coach, a Certified AI Prompt Engineer, and a CPD-Accredited AI Consultant, and she teaches AI the way she coaches people: start where they are, build confidence, then build skills they use the same day.

What a partnership can look like

Partnerships are shaped around your people, not a fixed package. Some organizations start with a single hands-on workshop to introduce AI to staff or residents. Others run a structured pilot program, where a cohort meets live over several weeks, works through clear frameworks, and practices on tasks from their own jobs and job searches.

Every format is beginner friendly and requires no coding. Sessions can run in person in the Columbus area or virtually anywhere in Ohio. Participants learn widely used tools like Claude, ChatGPT and Google Gemini, along with the habits that matter more than any single tool: asking clear questions, checking answers, and protecting private information.

Who we work with

We work with workforce development agencies, city and municipal teams, employers, educational institutions, libraries and community organizations. Coach Kay Elevates is based in Columbus at the Center of Entrepreneurial Development (COED), which sponsors our work to expand AI education access across the city.

The starting point is always a conversation. Send a pilot application if you already have a group in mind, or a partnership inquiry if you are still exploring. Coach Kay will follow up personally to learn about your community and talk through what would actually help.

Questions partners ask

What kinds of organizations do you partner with?

We partner with workforce development agencies, city and municipal teams, employers, schools and educational programs, libraries, and community organizations in Columbus and across Ohio. If your organization serves adults or young people who need practical AI skills, we are glad to talk, even if you do not fit neatly into one of those groups.

Do participants need any tech background?

No. Every workshop and pilot program is built for beginners and taught in plain language, with no coding required. If someone can use email and a web browser, they can take part. People with more experience still leave with practical new ways to use AI in their work and daily life.

Can programs run in person or only online?

Both. Coach Kay Elevates is based in Columbus, so in-person sessions are available in the Columbus area. Virtual sessions run live on Zoom for groups anywhere in Ohio. We plan the format with you based on where your participants are and what fits their schedules.

How much does a partnership cost?

It depends on the format, group size and goals, so there is no single listed price. The best next step is to send a pilot application or partnership inquiry. Coach Kay will set up a call, learn what your community needs, and share clear pricing for the scope you agree on.
