How the free coaching works
Start in the FocusFlow Elevation Hub, the free community on Skool. The weekly live calls are where you bring a real question, like how to get ChatGPT to draft a hard email or plan a packed week, and work through it with Coach Kay in real time.
Coach Kay teaches Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini. You can bring whichever tool you already use or choose the one you want to learn, then practice a clear way of working that carries across all three.

Do I need a paid ChatGPT account?
No. The free version of ChatGPT is enough to follow along and practice on your own tasks. Some features only come with a paid plan, and Coach Kay will tell you plainly when an upgrade actually helps and when it does not, so you never pay for something you will not use.
Is this an official OpenAI course?
No. This is independent coaching from Coach Kay Elevates. ChatGPT is made by OpenAI, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. That independence helps you: you get honest guidance on ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini side by side, so you can choose the tool that fits your work.
I have never used AI before. Is this too advanced for me?
Not at all. The coaching starts from zero and stays in plain language the whole way through. If you can send an email and open a web browser, you can do this. Bring one task you repeat every week, and you will see how ChatGPT can take some of it off your plate.
